PIPO (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at pipo.vc (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or use the waitlist sign-up form, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Site, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required — such as for analytics cookies or marketing emails — we request it separately and explicitly.

2.1 Information you provide

• Email address — submitted through the waitlist sign-up form to receive updates about product availability. By submitting your email you opt in to receive launch-related communications. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link; you may also request removal at any time by contacting support@pipo.vc.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked, scroll behaviour, and other interactions collected via Google Analytics 4. This data is collected using client identifiers (such as the _ga cookie) and is used to generate aggregated reports. It does not directly identify you by name.
• Device & browser data — browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preference.
• IP address — used for bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and approximate geolocation analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses long-term.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

Analytics cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner. When consent is denied, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode and may still send limited, anonymous pings to Google under Consent Mode v2.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer, or by contacting us at support@pipo.vc. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

• To add you to the product waitlist and send launch-related updates (direct marketing by email, opt-in only).

6. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

• Google Analytics 4 — web analytics. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States. Google Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Turnstile — CAPTCHA / bot protection. Data may be processed on Cloudflare’s global network. Cloudflare Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The third-party services listed above act as data processors on our behalf.

7. Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until product launch or until you request removal. Analytics data is retained according to our configured GA4 settings (currently 2 months for user-level and event-level data).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics tracking or marketing emails.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure database hosting, and Cloudflare protection to safeguard your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
