Why we selected XCF Global
Every issuer on PIPO goes through selection. Here is what made this one pass.
A mandated market, not a hoped-for one
Aviation has no electric fallback, and regulators know it. ReFuelEU requires 2% sustainable aviation fuel at EU airports from 2025, rising to 70% by 2050; the US adds producer tax credits on top. Demand for SAF is written into law before it exists in volume.
Public-market plumbing from day one
XCF Global is a Nasdaq-listed reporting company - audited filings, SEC oversight, a transfer agent of record. The rails your unit settles into already exist and are supervised. That is the exception in tokenised offerings, not the rule.
Physical production, not a whitepaper
The scarce asset in SAF is permitted, built infrastructure. XCF's New Rise Reno facility is a constructed HEFA plant with a permitted nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year - feedstock in, certified fuel out.
Capacity
The facility is permitted for 38M gallons a year. Today it ships about 55,000 gallons of renewable diesel a day, close to 20M a year. SAF blending component is expected from Q4 2026.

Key risks
- 01
The warrant may expire without value. Below the $2.50 strike the amount paid for the warrant portion is lost in full.
- 02
The share component tracks a Nasdaq micro-cap and can fall sharply. The value of your position can fall to zero.
- 03
XCFPU is a contractual claim against Capital Rights Holdings I Ltd. — not legal title to XCF shares and no voting rights; attributable proceeds are paid out under the Series S waterfall.
- 04
XCF Global, Inc. is not the issuer, seller or guarantor of XCFPU.
- 05
Secondary transfers are not available today. We aim to open the secondary market and the transfer agent by end of Fall 2026.
- 06
Settlement depends on the transfer agent, custody providers and network infrastructure, each of which can fail.
- 07
Regulatory treatment of tokenised securities may change, and future rules may restrict transfer, exercise or eligibility.
- 08
Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and is your own responsibility.
